Back to blog..

still recovering from my wisdom tooth extraction.. believe me..i think its one of the last few things u will ever want to do in ur life...

i decided to extract my wisdom tooth as it was growing against my 2nd last tooth in an awkward angle... Judging from the way that it is growing, it will never reach the surface... After a few infections, i guess its time to get it out... Its a better choice than letting it rot inside...

As long as the tooth is impacted (meaning growing against other tooth) , its better to get it removed. If its touching the other tooth, higher chances of getting food collected in between the gaps and higher chances of infection will occur...

The surgery went smoothly.. its not as painful as i expected.. thanks for proper use of anesthesia.. I was quite taken care of.. The most extreme pain comes in after the anesthesia wears off... Its a burning and hurting sensation..so painful..i cried... the painkillers didnt really work for me.. gosh..

then i tried to slp..but failed.... i just closed my eyes and pray the pain will just go away..when i woke up.. my cheek swelled up.... and i look as tho i had a pig head. sooo UGLY.. i cldnt eat... i vormitted that evening... mum n uncle big had to clean up after me.. sigh..

2nd day..i was still swelling in the left cheek.. so painful..cant eat.. if i force myself to eat..the pain comes with a headache...

3rd day was better.. i managed to eat .. but still it hurts after that.. still swelling.. now its the fourth day..still swelling.. but not as bad... i tried eating.. but failed... hahaha..still painful.. and throughout the whole period..im quite drowsy... gona nap soon..

and then another worry.... shld i work tml when im still on mc? HAIX.. im really worried i get sacked becos of too many mc..
