On Thrsday, i met up with shah, alaska, eve and cheemeng
for dinner after my work. We had mr Teh Tarik at
tiong bahru plaza. Lolx. Its just
a simple dinner.. Received two gifts. One from alaska
one from eve. Thank u girls! hEHE.
Actually, im contented enough for a meet up already. =)
It gets tougher to meet up when we all start to enter
workforce.
After the dinner and some catching up, eve alaska n shah went for movies.
Meng headed home. I went for a short kopi session with uncle big.
On friday morning, we followed mum to pray for my grandparents.
However, we set off to collect my gown and scrumpie before we
met up again with mum + relatives at mandai crematorium.
Uncle big bought a scrumpie for me as a graduation gift.
Shall bring it along ont he actual day. hehe.
Its been years since i last went to the mandai crematorium. Still the same. Except
theres a new building along side.. I still have the tinkling feeling
when i think of the Lim chu kang cemetery.
Well..yrs ago.. when my grandma was buried, i nearly
fell into the huge hole iwth the coffin at the bottom.
So how it happened?
It was the last ritual. We, as relatives and closed ones of grandma, had to throw
in some flowers into the coffin before they actually add in soil for burial.
Ok. then i slipped into the hole where hte coffin is at hte bottom. Thankfully
my uncle caught me in time. totally traumatised.
Friday was rather eventful.. after the "tomb sweeping" event, we headed to bring travis
out for dinner at IMM.
We needed to fix his gold anklet. IMM car park is !@#!@#. Dont even go there on a
wkend or public holiday. It sux big time.

Then saturday was my actual birthday..
Haha... 25 already..so sian.. We celebrated
my birthday at home... Jie jie n family drop
by my place..we had the cake cutting session
at home..
Followed by..
Dinner at Fish n Co @ Centrepoint.
Surpisingly.. there wasnt a crowd in centrepoint.
We cld easily get a parking lot.. The mall
wasnt crowded at all.. Hmm..
and i wonder why..
Maybe pple go to heartland malls now??
I ordered the new york fish n chips. NICE!!haha..
its the same as the normal fish n chips..
just that... for new york fish n chips.. theres cheese! Yummy...

We all went to OG after having dinner at Centrepoint.Went to look for some things for travis n trishelle..
Cant find any for trishelle.. haix. Becos
i guess we bought almost everything we felt nice
for travis.. hence...nothing much
for trishelle..
Ok..shall continue toy hunting for trishelle...
at least she will have something to call her own.
We went to Marine Barrage after sending my parents
home from OG. hehe...Marine Barrage is a wonderful place
to "nua". But do note that..
the convienence store there is only opened in the day..
So if u are going at nite, Please bring ur own drink and snack.
Theres zero vending machine..u will need to visit hte cafe if u want a drink.
Plenty of toilet..dont worry..
Marine Barrage is quite chio! haha..
Check out the fountain just outside the barrage.

U can kick around the water play area.. with ur ankle deep in the water..
I had fun.. lolx.. then take a stroll to the tallest part of the Marine Barrage... U will love hte scenery there..
Oh.. u can bring a picnic mat..
sit on the grass and stone..nice sia.
Night time better..cos there will be gentle sea breezes...
We were really thirsty at marine barrage..we walked around the
entire reservior..Not vending machines..
and we just dont wanna spend at hte cafe...soo...
We headed
to MAC at Tidout Garden. .. had supper there too..

Ive been complaining of my work..
I think i shld stop..
but sometimes..its just soooo hard to control..
basically.. i just dont like what im doing now..
Work is manageable.
just like i dont like wat im doing..haha. hai.
Hai.. But cant be a spoilt brat now..
With current situation,
its best to suck my thumb..accept my fate
and continue searching for
a job that i like..
And so... dear friends, enjoy ur time while
u are still studying or
in the midst of finding a job...
Well..finding a job can be quite a bitch..
I understand the entire bitchy thingy for finding job..
Cos i went thru the same pile of shit..
Just our luck to grad in the recession n job crisis ..
Just keep applying for jobs.... If theres an interview,
go for it when if u dont like it... At least..its an option..
If u wanna complain..can complain to me..cos
i went to job interviews for the jobs i dont really like..
And i bitch around as well.. so yea...
If u get a job offer, GREAT! but of course..u need to plan
and think long term... if the job is something
u are not totally comfortable with,
dont accept it becos of social pressure..
cos at hte end of the day..the one who suffers is YOU!
not ur family or frens who NIAM Cham u to get a job will suffer..
Its YOU!! Ultimately
its u that matters, ya?
Think twice before entering..
cos im already regretting..somehow..i still
dont feel comfortable working here...
for those who were with me from the acceptance of tis job
till now.. i believe
u know wat im talking about...
the process of acceptance of tis job is totally rubbish lahx. haix...
