I went overseas!!!!!





haha.. i went to sentosa lahs... its been some time since i last stepped foot on to the sunny island sentosa...

We all took the new monorail thingy into the island...Our first stop was UNderwater World..

They have a new exhibition.. Its the Pool of rays... U can touch the sting rays inside the pool.. they are BIG...hehe.. u can feed them by buying a container of squid n fishes at $3... i had soo much fun that i unconsiously spent $15 on just feeding hte rays.. they are really cute! soo nice to touch them... They eat from ur fingers...basically they just stuck the food into their mouths... can be a little little painful when they scrub their mouths at ur fingers..but overall..its pretty safe to feed them...

after stroking them...it somehows sends a signal telling me not to eat anymore sting ray..

And then.. u can feed hte marine fishes in their tanks with some diced feed for $2... Just hold the diced feed in ur fingers..pop ur hand in.. then gentlely rub the diced feed to make it smaller... the tiny crumbs coming out from the diced feed attracts the fishes... fun!

Then we took a stroll towards the beach... yeaps.... i remembered my frens and i used to catch little squids at the wooden trail tat links to an island.. unfortunately.. no little squids.. but we found a fish tat looks like a butterfly and it flies (for a short distance like less than 50cm).. will post its pic asap..

then we head for the Luge ride

we went for 3 actually..cos its 2 rides (the sky chair and the luge) get one free.. uncle big says the 3 rides is more worth it.. Went to dolphin lagoon after hte luge... spotted this pretty peacock at the toilet..

Its really hot yesterday..... melting under the sun....Manage to get some nice pics at the dolphin lagoon..

Well..wanted to head back after the show.. but due to the crowd waiting for hte buses...uncle big and i decided to walk back to the beach station... on the way back..we saw an area for animal encounters.. and we managed to catch the animal show at the ampitheatre... Lolx.. got to participate at the show as a volunter..

Really gorgeous snake... first it kissed me.. then it licked my armpit... and then it went for my chest... erps...

finally.... we heeaded back to harbourfront.... had dinner at hte hawker nxt to bus interchange...did a short shopping before uncble big sent me home..

its really an exicting day..
