Odex had "no right of civil action" against illegal downloaders

"He added that Odex appeared to be the exclusive licensee for just one title, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed.

after hte high profile law suits, it seems that odex is really getting nowhere....

Btw, PacNet has won over the rights to protect their subscriber from Odex (the anime company that has successfully won a court order to make singnet n starhub reveal the ones who are accused of dwdling animes). Meanwhile..starhub is appealing.... so lets wait for more news...

Ahahaha..wat a joke... Only has exclusive rights to Gundam Seed...AHAHAHAHHA...then blow such a huge fart to everyone... Ahahaha.... bth....

as ive said earlier in my previous posts....i somewat gave my opinion on wat i felt on their business losses.... Now i look at them..i can only laugh at them... Only have one exclusive right and wanna penalise everyone??? oh boy.....

Now tat they have not only angered the sg anime community and a high majority of forumers from different sg based forums..... They have made themselves a joke... They have lost supporters....

i really wonder how much longer they will survive....

Been working since thrsday..quite tiredx....

met up with alaska eve n cheemeng on monday for a short dinner...great to have her back....

tuesday had a familiy dinner at gwc cz'zar restaurant..not bad..shld try....

wed..met up with darling for dinner.....

praying n praying...pls let me pass all my papers... my heart hasnt been at ease....

well..now im worried i will lose my job.... = /
