Im so upset.. i ordered the wrong size for my birkies.. and emailed footshopping.. they havent sent out my orders as i have not received hteir dhl tracking number...BUT they replied me saying that they cant change the size now as they have already sent the documents to the distribution side. Kns Lors. No DHL tracking number means havent sent out yet mahs. Cant they just call up their dept to halt the delivery?? wats so difficult?Their reply is so short and brief. And hteir attitude shows that they arent willing to help. kaox. kns footshopping...

damn..super upset... now got two shoes tat dont fit... its not worth to send back the shoes cos its gona cost me over a hundred dollars. i guess i have no choice but to sell off this two pairs.. haix..kns mood...
